What’s New?

1. I ran a half-marathon! Finished in just under 3 hours.


2. I’ve been working with a personal trainer for a few weeks. No photo of this, but it’s been happening.

3. I’ve made some delicious meals through Green Chef (a meal delivery program, similar to Blue Apron or Hello Fresh).


4. I’m back at school – same building, same room, same position…for the first time in a long time! – with a superhero theme and a fun school picture.


5. I used this awesome playlist this morning for Pedal Power.


6. Still teaching Pedal Power and Sweatcamp classes…and trying to incorporate running back into my routine now that the half marathon is done.
